Okay, now the important stuff is out of the way.

Can I just say that I love it when I find another teen author? It’s so inspiring to hear about someone like Kellyn, a homeschooled teen author, who had actual books published! Plus she’s a Christain and as an added bonus she writes Historical Fiction!

I was pleasantly surprised after reading her first book in The Chronicles of Alice and Ivy, A Dressmaker’s Secret.

Now, don’t take that the wrong way. I don’t mean to say that I didn’t expect it to be good, it’s just that you never really know how something will go. But it was amazingly awesome. I love the Christain parts (she opens each chapter with a bible verse! *squeal*) I love how the whole thing is clean, yet deals with real issues.

I soooo want to read her other books!!!

Anyway, that’s really all I had to say. I just wanted to share this amazing author with you and now good-bye because I’m working on a book cover for a good friend of mine. (:

P.S. I make book covers if you want one made. I don’t know if I’ve mentioned that before. I’m not amazing at it, but you know, I’m still learning and figuring it out.
