Favorite Indie Authors (aka you should follow them!)

As an indie author myself, I’ve had a lot of opportunities to meet other indie authors, and some of them are really amazing. (I mean, you’re all amazing, I just don’t know all of you!)

One of my favorite indie authors is Kellyn Roth, who I shared a cover reveal for yesterday. I’ve known her since I started writing, and she’s been such a great inspiration!

Another favorite author of mine is Angela R. Watts. I’ve shared reviews of her novels, mostly the Infidel books, before, and I absolutely love all of them. Her books are very different from what I usually read, but her writing is amazing and I fell in love with them after the first chapter.

Allyson Kennedy! I’ve only read one of her novels but it was so bittersweet and I just- ah! I can’t say anything (spoilers, man!) but you should definitely read The Crush!

I’m honestly not 100% positive if she’s indie, but Ruth Meyer is a really underrated author who you should all check out. Her novel Faith Alone got me hooked and although it is the second in the series, it was amazing. I’ve still yet to read the first, which I just realized today. I love her novels, they handle some very tricky topics extremely well.

If you have any more favorite indie authors, share them in a comment and I’ll check them out!

I also have a little announcement of my own! I’m starting an Instagram account, and I hope to get to know more of you on there! I’ll be posting every Friday, beginning this Friday. I’ll share links to it next week, so look for that on Wednesday!

As always, remember to like, comment, or share, whatever floats your boat! Until next time!
